Ruck 4 Freedom brings neighbors together alongside veterans, active military members, first responders, and their families. Inspired by the military tradition of carrying a weighted pack, the event invites our community to take on a challenge as an expression of gratitude for those who serve.
Participants can run, walk, or ruck a 5K or 10K. Each person chooses how to take part, with a shared purpose: honoring service, supporting mental wellness, and showing up for one another.

Ruck 4 Freedom provides water, cups, and tables. Sponsors provide staffing and are responsible for setting up, operating, and taking down their station. Sponsors may bring extras such as juices, snacks, music, decorations, or promotional items at their own expense. Location and activities must be coordinated with Ruck 4 Freedom in advance.
