Competitive Ruck Requirements
Participants registered in the Competitive Ruck divisions must carry the minimum required dry weight throughout the event to be eligible for awards.
Men: 22 lb minimum dry weight
Women: 15 lb minimum dry weight
Rucks must be weighed before and/or after the race. Participants who do not meet the minimum weight requirement will not be eligible for Competitive Ruck awards.
Please note any race related items (shirts, medals, etc.) will NOT be mailed to those that do not attend- only registered virtual participants.

The minimum weight is 15lbs for women and 25lbs for men which will be weighted upon entry.

Creating a team is a fun way to participate with your friends and family! As a team, you can come together in matching shirts, hats, etc. Raise Funds together to help veterans and active military, and participate in fun games together!

No, if you register for the 5k Ruck Division or 10K Ruck Division you will need to provide your own ruck sack.

You can participate with a ruck sack, backpack, or weighted vest.

You are not required to attend packet pick up the day before the event. However, doing so helps save you time on Saturday.
At packet pick up day, you will receive your bib, a participant shirt and other goodies.

There is no strict time limit for the races.
However, we ask that all participants aim to complete the course within 2 hours, as our closing ceremony will begin roughly one hour after the 5K start time.
This helps ensure everyone can finish their ruck and join us for the ceremony and awards. Every mile you complete makes an impact!
